These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", or "you") and ofa168 (hereinafter referred to as "ofa168", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://ofa168.cam.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ofa168, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are natural person (individual human being), not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party.
• You are at least 21 years of age. ofa168 does not permit access to individuals below the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any specific jurisdiction.

• You have not previously been excluded from ofa168 under a self-exclusion agreement or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

ofa168 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ofa168 may result in account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual may register amaximum of one (1) account on the ofa168 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ofa168 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void any pending or historic bonus claims across those accounts, and withold funds pending a full investigation.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address (including city — whether Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, or any other location), a valid and functioning email address, and a contact number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current and accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. ofa168 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately via Live Chat or by email at [email protected].

ofa168 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as selected cryptocurrency assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Available methods, minimum and maximum limits, and processing times are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent) unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 (or equivalent). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Payment Method Matching: Where feasible, withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ofa168 reserves the right to enforce this requirement for fraud prevention purposes.
• KYC Completion: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• Processing Timelines: E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines.
• Withdrawal Fees: ofa168 does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party transaction fees imposed by payment providers are outside ofa168's control and may apply.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for Malaysian players, unless a cryptocurrency transaction is selected, in which case conversion rates applicable at the time of the transaction will apply. ofa168 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

ofa168 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, referal bonuses, birthday bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are governed by these general Terms and by specific bonus terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is twenty times (20x) the bonus amount.
• Bonus wagering must be completed within the validity period specified in the individual offer. Uncompleted or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless ofa168 expressly permits concurrent bonuses in a specific promotional offer.
• ofa168 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus amount if it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, including but not limited to abuse of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Certain games — such as live table games, specific slots, or sports markets — may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement completion. Game contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
• The referal bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral is subject to the referred player completing full KYC and making a minimum qualifying deposit. Full referal programme terms are published separately.
• Birthday bonuses are tier-dependent (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP Diamond: MYR 2,688) and require verified date of birth on file. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the player's birthday.

ofa168 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to apply additional verification checks before honouring any bonus claim.

ofa168 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovering or reasonably suspecting any prohibited conduct, ofa168 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account(s), void all associated bets and winings, withold funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account(s) without further notice:

• Registering or operating more than one account (whether in the same name or using different identifying information).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, place bets, or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Coluding with other players, including in live dealer table games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming intent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, bet manipulation, or coordinated loss strategy in table games.

All content on the ofa168 platform — including but not limited to the ofa168 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of ofa168 or are used under licence from respective rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content; use ofa168 branding in any manner; or systematically extract or scrape data from the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ofa168, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, system failures, or any other commercial or financial losses.

ofa168's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their ofa168 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

ofa168 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including payment provider outages, internet disruption, or force majeure events) may temporarily affect platform availability. ofa168 shall not be liable for any financial or other loss attributable to such unavailability.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ofa168 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or suitability for any specific user need.

ofa168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or account compromise.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Legal or regulatory requirement mandating account closure or restriction.
• Inactivity for a period exceding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account policies.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ofa168 customer support via Live Chat or by email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used qualifying withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

ofa168 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We recognise that, for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problem activity. Accordingly, we provide the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of 24 hours,7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, logins are blocked and no marketing communications are sent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ofa168 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ofa168's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by ofa168.

Players wishing to raise a formal dispute should first submit a detailed written complaint to our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). ofa168 will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within 28 days of acknowledgement. If a resolution cannot be reached through this process, either party may proceed to the arbitration mechanism described above.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

ofa168 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, ofa168 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ofa168 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10 above.
